Eastern Region Education Sub-Committee

The Eastern Region Education Sub-Committee is responsible for working with the GGW Education & Training Committee to plan and execute regional Front Line Leader and Leadership Development conferences that are part of the structured Education Pyramid classes that focus on personal and professional growth.


Dannielle Cisneros, a winner of the 2017 In-House Counsel Award of General Excellence from the Pittsburgh Business Times and Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, joined Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2010 as senior counsel. In this role, Ms. Cisneros oversees all legal matters involving the casino and is responsible for risk management. She represents and advises Rivers Casino on matters involving corporate transactions, litigation, vendor contracts, real estate, labor and employment, strategic business planning, general operations, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. Unlike many casino legal advisors working behind desks and away from the trenches of business, Ms. Cisneros works on property, directly with Rivers Casino’s executive team, operators and front line employees. Her direct engagement with the Rivers team demonstrates her dedication to providing sound legal counsel based on solid working knowledge of the business. Ms. Cisneros graduated with University Honors, Phi Beta Kappa at Carnegie Mellon University, where she was an Andrew Carnegie Society Presidential Scholar. She earned her juris doctor from Duke University School of Law. Ms. Cisneros returned to Pittsburgh and started her career in private practice, prior to joining Rivers Casino seven years ago. Ms. Cisneros currently volunteers her time and talents by serving on the boards for the Allegheny YMCA and Three Rivers Adoption Council (TRAC).

Beth Deighan is president of Casino Careers, LLC, a niche Job Board and Executive Search firm for the Gaming-Hospitality/Technology industry, which serves over 1,200 land and sea-based casino-resorts, tribal enterprises, gaming technology & manufacturing companies, regulatory agencies, vendors/suppliers, iGaming, lotteries, pari-mutuels, gaming associations, etc. Prior to Casino Careers, which went online in 1998, Beth held senior management positions in the Atlantic City gaming industry and opened two casino-hotel resorts. She opened Trump Taj Mahal as Executive Director of Marketing and held the titles of Director of Human Resources and Director of Casino Administration with Tropicana Casino and Resort. She has a master's degree in Public Relations, a bachelor's degree in Communications, with minors in Journalism and Psychology. Beth is a graduate of the Babson College Human Resources Executive Program, as well as Ramada Management Institute's Hospitality Management Program. She also possesses certification in Employee Relations Law, from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
