 Felicia Gassen is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEOs for Sightline Payments and a principal business operations executive. She oversees the daily operations of several departments, including marketing and human resources.  As an accomplished strategic leader with a solid corporate acumen, team leadership, and functional operations background, Felicia is responsible for infrastructure and organizational change.

Prior to joining Sightline, Felicia served as Executive Director of Global Gaming Women (GGW), creating integrated marketing communications, branding, innovative programming, and advertising campaigns while influencing membership growth.

Previously, she spent 15 years as a design and marketing consultant, developing and executing advertising and social media strategies, marketing, and management for clients in the gaming, entertainment, and medical arenas. Gassen joined the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Department of Medicine as a division manager later moving into the role of Administrative Analyst and Program Administrator with the QB3 Institute, The Institute for Quantitative Biomedical Research as well as the UCSF Center for BioEntrepreneurship, where she extended her experience in creating and funding programs bringing multidisciplinary research initiatives together for programs in bioengineering, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and structural and chemical biology. During her tenure, she wrote grants and contracts and coordinated scholars across multiple campuses and countries, generating conversations to promote global research projects.

Felicia attended the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Integrative Biology with an Entomology minor, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduating with Bachelor of Fine Arts. Felicia is a native of San Francisco, California, a board member of Global Gaming Women and an enthusiastic volunteer as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association-Go Red for Women.
