How long have you been in a Lean In Circle?

1 year

For you, what, so far, has been the highlight of your circle?

Every Lean In Circle is filled with rockstar women that have diverse backgrounds and experiences. Every time we get together, it's a new opportunity to learn more from each other. We take away new perspectives and skillsets, which ultimately make us better professionally and personally. Joining a Lean In Circle and becoming a Leader was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The opportunity to learn and grow is tremendous, and the meaningful relationships I've built through this organization are irreplaceable.

Tell us one thing about you that you are most proud of (personally or professionally).

I've been married to my husband (Lance) for almost ten years; we have two incredible kids, James (8) and Kaley (3). We are a family that loves road trips and visiting new places. My faith in God and our church community are everything to me. I believe in servant leadership; seeing my team grow, develop and win is what I'm most proud of at work. We do incredible work every day, and it's an honor to be a part of that magic.

What advice would you have for someone new to a Lean In circle?

Joining a Lean In Circle is the best decision you can make for professional and personal growth. Building a solid network of women who will advocate for you, having meaningful conversations around timely topics that affect all of us in our industry, and the opportunity to learn new skillsets and perspectives. We are all the better because of our Lean In Circles.

Please share one fun fact or life hack you may have.

I have a sign in my office that says: "I still remember the days I prayed for the thing I have now." It's a daily reminder of where God has brought me, the lessons learned and the blessings that surround me.
