Tell us 1 or 2 specific things that you have benefited from being in your circle

A few things that I value from circles are the double amount of motivation I've received. Being able to bond with other women and reveal how in tuned I am with my feminine side is important. I am the only female leader in my department and the support from the circle is much needed. Gathering different perspectives to help me get solve a problem or overcome a challenge is rewarding.

What is the biggest obstacle in your career that you were able to overcome?

Speak up and give my input. I have been able to be a voice and show the men in the department my creativity and confidence.

If someone was on the fence about joining a Lean In circle, based on your own experience, what would you tell them?

It is a great support system that is needed.

What is something most people don't know about you?

I had a radio show and did stand up comedy.
