For you, what, so far, has been the highlight of your circle?
The PEOPLE! I've had the opportunity to meet so many successful and interesting women while participating with GGW circles. It's like networking on steroids. You get to connect with people on a different trust level while sharing experiences, advice and so much more.

Tell us one thing about you that you are most proud of (personally or professionally).
I'm proud to be an executive female leading a usually male dominated business industry (both casino and IT) - while also raising an amazing special needs child. Work-life balance has always been a struggle for me but I'm proud of myself for rising to every challenge and finding a way to be successful.

What advice would you have for someone new to a Lean In circle?
Bring your full self to your circle. Be willing to get uncomfortable at times by sharing parts of yourself you normally may not. Circles are really successful when members learn to trust one another and that trust creates a real personal & professional outlet for themselves and others.

Please share one fun fact or life hack you may have.
Planning ahead is my way of forgoing future stress, so the ultimate life hack for me is organizing my calendars. I have my family google calendar overlaid in my work outlook calendar (and vice versa) so they are always linked and I don't over-allocate myself.
